THE RIGHT WAY TO FIGHT BATTLE ROYALE

Hello, everyone in Class B! You are the lucky class chosen for this years Battle Royale.
Congratulations! Now, Im going to explain the rules for you. Listen well to fight right and with gusto.
You are on a deserted island that looks like this! Its about 10 kilometers around but we evacuated everyone,so its empty!
The islands divided into many zones. Every six hours, your teacherll broadcast updates about which zones are becoming danger zones.
If youre in those zones, you should leave quickly... because the danger is
OK, about the necklaces you're wearing.
They're 100% waterproof and shockproof...and permanent. It monitors your pulse, informing us of your location and movements. So if you linger in a danger zone, or cause trouble, we can identify you and transmit radio waves that trigger an alarm and
BOOM! It explodes! If you try to rip it off, it explodes too, so promise not to do that, okay?
Oh, I forgot one important thing. There's a time limit on this game! 3 days. If we haven't got a winner after 3 days...all the necklaces automatically explode! And no-one wins. As long as we're here, let's fight hard so that doesn't happen!
You'll leave the room one by one, but first you get a kit. Inside is food and water, a map and a compass, a flashlight and a weapon. So check it out later, OK? The girls might need personal items so you can all take them.
Each weapon is different. Not just guns and knives, either. It's random, so maybe you'll get lucky, maybe not. It eliminates natural advantages. *gasp* this one's super lucky!
So today's lesson is... you kill each other off 'til there's only one left. Nothing's against the rules.
Life is a game. So fight for survival and see if you're worth it.

| Ey Mara, in line with our conversation the other day about themed party... this is my dream costume for me and James! I love to wear this attire, necklace and all! I found one for sale on ebay, with blinking lights pa nga eh, but its a bit pricey. But if there's an occasion, I would loooove to wear it talaga! |

' Too late for the party ' on this one, I suppose, but what the hey.
Wouldn't really go far as to say that this was the direct inspiration perse ( so much as it became one ( wrote the material a full two years before mine eyes have seen it in full, and, like after two shooting days done ) ) , but I am currently doing what people might call a " Filipino version ". It's a short film, actually, though ' compact ' is more like it. It's gonna be fast, it's gonna smash teeth, and it will involve the current ( un ) president of the Philippines. Also, before I forget, SUPER SPECIAL THANKS to this multiply site, especially this particular page. I remember seeing this back in 2004, and faintly having this little piece of information in the back of my head since. Just heard of it only as far as ' the film with lots of high school teenagers killing each other on a bloodied fuckface island '. Didn't give two shits about it, then, because stories about murderous students was not new territory for me personally ; I've been writing stories of such topical nature since my gloomy days at the Philippine Science High School. Plus, I had this peculiar little bias against anything 'Japanese Pop' back then, thinking they're all ' Sailor Moon ' and ' Meteor Garden' . Which means I never knew from adam about their current state of cinematic violence . My bad.
I think I also heard of the revamped and much genius ' Battlestar Galactica' revamp around these parts. The things I owe them people....
